Two great foods that go great together! This recipe combines store bought par-baked pizza crusts with all the flavors of a Cheeseburger. Of course we cook ours on the grill so you get that slightly smoked flavor and awesome grill marks. This recipe was made for the staff here at GrillGrate’s office one day for lunch and everyone loved it!
1Brown ground beef. Drain off any fat.
2Add the ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheddar cheese to the cooked ground beef.
3Spread mixture on pizza crusts.
4Top with colby jack cheese.
1Grill at medium to medium high heat- 400F at grill surface. Too hot and the crust will blacken too much
2Grill 8-10 minutes max- LID DOWN
3After 3 minutes use the GrateTool to peek at the sear marks on the bottom of the pie and quarter turn the pizza. If sear marks are dark black- your grill is hot
4Check again in 3 minutes quarter turn and see how well the cheese is melting
5Use the GrateTool to transfer the pizza to a cutting board.
