Grate Grilled Neikid Corn

Corn is the quintessential summer side dish, when in season there is nothing better! Linda O. aka “Mama Shed” shared this nice twist on grilled corn. It is quick and easy and the taste is out of this world. An interesting twist to this recipe is to add some cold smoke to the corn before you coat it with mayo and season it.

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 15 mins
  • Yields: 4 ears of yumminess

Ingredients

4 ears Fresh Local Corn, husked

Mayonnaise (we LOVE Dukes)

AlubuKirky Seasoning Green Chile Rub

Directions

1Slather, Season and Roll!!

2Shuck corn completely

3Slather the corn in mayo

4Sprinkle with AlbuKirky Seasoning Green Chile Rub

Grilling Instructions:

1Set grill to MED 400F

2Place corn onto the Grates

3Roll 3-4 times

4Grill time 15 min at medium

5The mayo melts into the corn for extra juiciness and the kernels will pop in your mouth!

  1. Corn on the cob will be juicer if you soak it in a pot of water for 30 minutes or so before grilling. Keeps it from drying out.
