Fiery Piggy Balls

We wanted to do an extra spicy appetizer wrapped in bacon, of course, for game day. Happily we just got some wonderful and extra zingy sauces from All Spice Café, so we knew we could put their Cayenne Habanero Sauce to good use. This is a variation of our “Chipotle Bacon Bombs” using hot sausage balls instead of ground beef. You can use mild sausage if you prefer, but Ken wanted hot. It didn’t have a lot of ingredients, but it sure had a lot of zip. These guys are OFF THE HOOK!!! Eat them off a stick, out of hand or in a sandwich, with or without more sauce. The flavors of the sausage, bacon and Cayenne Habanero Sauce jump together with the flavors of the grill!!! Patti thinks these should be served with a lot of vanilla ice cream…just sayin’.

Date Night Country Ribs

I channeled Diva Q with this Rack of Pork. DOUBLE SEAR with a 1/2 TWIST! Seared on the Kamado 1st, them roasted on the Yoder. Then off to the cutting board to cut into chops, then a final sear on the Kamado Joe- Over the top juicy!
