Balsamic Glazed Grilled Veal Chops

In our quest to continually come up with interesting recipes veal has zero love on our website. So we changed that! Veal has a subtle flavor that falls somewhere between pork and beef and has very little intramuscular fat. You have to be careful not to overcook a veal chop or it will dry out rather rapidly. This is a relatively simple recipe where most of the work is done ahead of time. Be sure to marinate in the balsamic mixture for at least 4 hours to ensure maximum flavor. The leftover marinade is reduced down resulting a really big bold flavor. This is a good recipe to really practice your reverse sear skills. It really makes for an amazing veal chop!

Lamb Kebabs with Red Onion and Yogurt Sauce

Another one of our customer submitted recipes. Quite simple and easy to make the combination of lamb and mint gives these kebabs a nice Mediterranean flair. This is a perfect summer recipe that would pair well with a glass of red wine. If you are feeling up for the challenge be sure to make the grilled naan bread to go along with your lamb!

On the quest for a new holiday inspired recipe for 2017 Beef Wellington pretty much fell in our laps. Not the easiest recipe to prepare but if you have the time and patience this one will simply knock the socks off your guests this year. A traditional take on a classic recipe is updated slightly with the addition of grilling the mushrooms and onions for the "duxelle". Grilling adds a level of flavor you simply cannot get if you just saute the mushrooms and onions. The beauty of this recipe is that it can be done in several stages. You can even do 80% of the work a day ahead of time so that all you will need to do is wrap it with puff pastry and bake the Wellington once you are ready to eat. Keeping this recipe grill-centric, we even cooked it outdoors on a pellet grill!

Mac and Cheese Stuffed Burgers

Years ago, we discovered a nifty little invention called The Stufz Hamburger Press. We have been stuffing everything and anything we can into a burger! One of our favorite things to fill a burger with is mac and cheese. The creaminess of the cheese inside the burger will make even a well-done burger still darn tasty. We use box mac and cheese but homemade would surely take this burger to a whole new level. These burgers are so big you will not need a bun.
